MARFY’s On-Line Resource Bank

The Maryland Association of Resources for Families and Youth now offers a home to providers serving youth with special needs.  This innovative product replaces and automates all previous resource directory efforts and delivers to the state agency/caseworker community, a comprehensive, ease-to-use system, designed to identify appropriate programs and services for the children they serve.  The directory includes providers that operate group homes, residential treatment centers, alternative schools, day treatment programs, independent living programs, shelters, treatment foster care programs, or intensive, in-home programs.

Here, placement or referring workers and staff at state agencies have the opportunity learn about provider programs and services to which they can place or refer clients.  Additionally, registered providers can maintain current information about their programs and services, as well as identify other necessary community linkages for their clients.
